A dominating trickster, he shouldn’t be given airtime.

I see this podcast suggested to me everyday. I have never listened and am not interested in listening. When are you going to suggest something else? There seems to be no way to hide the suggestion. I’m tired of ignoring it or scrolling past it so I am just going to give it a 1 star review to see...Read full review »

Doesn’t talk - only monologues about daft and forlorn archaicixisms.

Terrible buffoonery from an addict who’s clearly not in active sobriety.

Such a sweet guy with good English. I wanted to hate this show but I was pleasantly surprised. But if all this intense art requires degrading women in private life then maybe we shouldn’t think it is real talent??

Bless you, Russ for creating this beautiful podcast. I’ve been listening for years (luminary days!) and I realized I’d never left a review, so here it is. This is a powerful and deep series. It’s not for the faint of heart, it digs deep. If you’re lookin for something true and pure in this scary...Read full review »

As expected, insightful meaningful questions and answers. Russel preps well and comes up with his own questions throughout as the conversation genuinely flows. The episode with Tristan is a must ponder. Big fan of Russel Brands evolution!

I love this podcast, questions and conversations are so in-depth along with some good ole humour. I even enjoy the subject that I have no interest in and manage to learn new insights.

Witty, caring, wise…only three characteristics that come to mind to describe Russell’s podcast (or really; his way of being in (public?) life). Great guests, super insightful conversations on a broad scale of topics. Wish I wouldn’t have to subscribe. But yeah, I get it. It’s not like we can pay...Read full review »

Really love the guests and chats Russell has, quite often they are people I have never heard of and wouldn’t normally listen to. But more often than not I always find the podcast intriguing and fascinating and either learn something new or broaden my horizons in some way - which is great. And...Read full review »

I always enjoyed russell brand podcasts which is why I signed up for his paid subscription site last year. I really regret doing so now though as all of the episodes released weekly are repeats of old episodes I already heard when they first came out a few years back. This is a complete farce and...Read full review »

I listen to this podcast weekly and it has provided me with a wisdom and drive towards bettering my life and the life of others. Specifically, the most recent podcast with Gabor Mate was a very courageous thing to post and my heart is very grateful that Russell did not make the decision to cut...Read full review »

Love the content of the podcast really do! A couple of thing’s, please move to Spotify dude! Apple only lets you listen in backwards order apart from when you manually press play next which seems ok but when you’re driving distance makes it super annoying. And the banter Makanta jingle comes on...Read full review »

Feeling a little dudded paying for a luminary subscription mainly for Under the Skin and RB is not doing any new interviews, only posting past podcasts. Please RB, offer value to your base by doing the work.

I always learn something from Russell. I love his choice of guests and the depth of his conversations.

I just started waking up. Realized I was abusing alcohol and attempted quitting in 2018. Then I discovered rock bottom has a basement in Jan. of 2022 after attempting sobriety without learning how to live sober. Now, 7 months sober in recovery, I’ve decided to stop digging. I’ve hit a few rock...Read full review »

I’ve just subscribed to luminary to listen RB. LOVE YOU RUSSEL. I’ve listened to about 20 episodes in the last week and Michael Mead was amazingly stunning. Anyway you are so literate, so over the top expressive, and so funny. You are essential to life. Annie Duffy

I just listened to this guy’s podcast with Sam Harris. Just how Sam is tolerating this amount of stupidity and ignorance for 2 hours, is beyond imagination. He’s a good host with good topics and good guests but OMG what a huge painstaking long process it is to even hear it. Go to your app app. Upgrade it. Used to be a huge fan. Russell is smart enough to ask the correct questions, but not quite smart enough to avoid fuelling extreme right conspiracy theories and division.
Amiss Fit Life via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 06/30/22
I love this show. The guests are always well thought and diverse to help you think of different ideas. Russell asks hard questions while still keeping an open mind and allowing people to explain their thoughts. Cannot recommend this show brought.
