I enjoy Ed’s direct questions, how he doesn’t try to be something he’s not, and how he genuinely focuses the podcast on the victims/families and not the sensationalism surrounding the disappearances he covers. Very informative and listening to him has been time well spent.

Strange show which is really tedious to follow. Maybe it’s valuable to the families of the victims but if you’re looking for something interesting, don’t bother.

Wow. I discovered Unfound quite recently via The Consult podcast. I was thrilled to find a podcast dedicated solely to missing people and I really agreed with so much of Ed Dentzel’s opinions on how and why people go missing, how little the police are trained to deal with missing people, etc....Read full review »

Avid listener through thick and thin because these people and their families matter. Great Job Ed!

The audio for the guests are high pitched and cuts in and out. Please fix, it’s been like this for a while. This is one of my favorite true crime podcasts. I like how Ed keeps the stories on track, they are easy to follow and he goes out of his way to try and assist the guests with finding their...Read full review »

Seriously admitting to deleting any negativity that comes his way. He is a head case that could learn a lot from those who criticize him instead of covering his ears and singing.

The cases are interesting but Ed’s ego is just so out of control. Talking over guests, being generally rude and thinking he knows it all about everything. It’s a shame as it has potential but my goodness, Ed spoils it.

I do like the content but the odd noises from the host like sniffing and the interrupting of interviewees is a bit creepy. I’m not sure if I can continue with this podcast. Such a bummer. I really wanted to like it

After today I will no longer listen to Unfound using headphones. There is an eardrum breaking high pitched sound at around the 13 minute mark of the Cameron Remmer episode. It’s been half an hour and my ears are still ringing. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry. Others have warned about the...Read full review »

trying to listen to any other true crime podcast will now make me lose brain cells. no words can really describe how great this one is. he keeps in touch with the guests after the episode is recorded to continue in his efforts. there are a lot of other projects that he does such as the think tank...Read full review »

I enjoy Ed Dentzel’s approach to disappearances. He has given me the tools so that I can investigate disappearances in a beneficial way.

I like the general idea of how Ed gets the families involved but however he sounds so uninterested, cuts families off. The constant coughing is a bit annoying & sometimes the line with the family isn’t the best, gets cut off, drops in and out. I like the length of the episodes but however due...Read full review »

I am sorry to write this review this way, but I clearly I’m not the only one who feels this way judging by the other reviews. This is the exact kind of podcast I am looking for-someone who covers the lesser well-known cases. And he does his research and it would be a great podcast if he would...Read full review »

Ed always is saying no theories but always end up with some sort of speculation and cuts off guest in mid sentences. Also agree with in needed ramblings

In the episode from August 2, 2019, titled: “Tammy McKittrick: A Likely Story,” the podcast host tells the story of a missing woman…but according to the family members, he has his information wrong, and to take it further, he never tried to reach out to multiple family members to get a...Read full review »

Please take down your episode on Tammy McKittrick. It has come to my attention that her family would not like this information shared, as some of it is not true. I’ve been a subscriber since the podcast began. I’ve put up with the poor audio and interminable intros from the beginning. I’ve just recently discovered Unfound and I think he does an excellent job of interviewing his guests. Similar podcasts leave out so many details and questions to complete the story. I’m so happy to have found Unfound🙂

I’ve listened to Unfound faithfully since 2017 - almost the beginning.
