“I love this podcast for 2 main reasons. One is Allan’s doggedness which is in part (maybe mostly) inspired by his own upbringing. But the bit I love the best is in a podcast you don’t see the person speaking. And if you don’t see them you may judge them differently. I’m a white Australian so I recognised the accents BUT even after I realised I made pre judgements. This series has made me look at myself and ask am I actually the person I think I am? And just as importantly, “am I the person I want to be right now in Australia”. Thank you Allan for asking those questions.”
