Deeply engaging; deeply tragic
Extremely well written and presented expose of a brutally racist slave camp, euphemistically called an “industrial school,” whatever that means, for children as young as 10. Sadly, this school still exists today. Highly recommend

I can’t imagine what it truly took to get through the research compiled to share yet one more example of the plight of black people in this country in the time of my own parents and grandparents.
