Racist and statistically silly
This podcast shows how far the FT has fallen. They take the experience of a few White practitioners of one aspect Vipasana meditation) an Eastern religious tradition (Buddhism) and call the religion a ‘cult.’ Millions travels on trains everyday and hundreds die on trains from unrelated causes. Does that make trains fatal? That’s the sort of silly logic this show employs. It has made me far more skeptical of anything this once good paper now publishes. Editorial standards have clearly gone out the window. There are millions (including myself) that are living richer, fuller lives because of Vipasana and this hateful campaign is an affront to us all. Shame on the FT!
