There are elements that make this a biased series, which is too bad because it makes the ultimate, important, message less powerful. I found this slow, sensationalist and imbalanced. While the personal stories are tragic and important, the tone, music and “spooky” voiceover clips made it feel as if the podcast had no interest in really analysing the varied experiences and nuances around meditation or vipassana.
