“I do enjoy the podcast as I like Simon’s direct approach and I like how open the guests are. However, on occasions Simon will ask a question and not give guests space to answer it before he asks a follow on question. If only Simon could back off just 5% and give a bit more space to hear what the guest has to say, it would be a better listen.”
