“Really like Simon, but why did he have to sound more astute by sitting himself between Graeme ‘back in my day’ Souness & Troy ‘on his day’ Deeney? The Henry Winter cameos are enough to keep the fleeting listeners from fleeing but Henry should be on full time. The original one on one...”Read full review »

“Jordan can’t hear anything against Spurs, Souness is Liverpool & Rangers. This feels a bit biased.
And there Last episode was all about how rich they all are and everyone there is a millionaire… so off putting!!”

“Go back to the interview format. You can see people talking about football anywhere. There’s a thousand other podcasts dedicated to that. Simon one on one with an interviewee was golden.”

“What a way to ruin what was one of the best podcasts about. Some really hard hitting interviews with some of the best who competed in their chosen sport. The new format is such a let down and now we have Souness who is unbearable and so unlikeable.”

“His domination of the conversation is irritating. Shame as the show could be great but his interrupting debate is infuriating. Half the time he doesn’t believe his debate. It’s just for effect.
Jordan, Lescott and Deeney are great.”

“Enjoyed this podcast when it was Simon interviewing guests and then saw him tweak the formula and add Souness and Deeney to the mix.
