Decent enough, nothing Jordan does is relatively ground breaking, rarely asks the questions he professes to, but by the by decent enough podcasts. Now this 3 up front added to the feed is really annoying as I have to find a new Thursday pod. I listened to the first episode, I like Jordan, I like...Read full review »

3 up front (Simon,Souness,Troy)was not so different Vs many other football discussion podcasts, so give it an average rating. Not sure where Simon’s wants to go with this, ….if it will cover other sports with experts in those fields then maybe it’ll work, but otherwise it could be routine and...Read full review »

Whilst I’d always thought that Paul Ince was a decent player - albeit a little too ‘ confident’ for my taste - I had no idea of the difficulties he’d faced as a child growing up . His career as footballer and a manager has been of the highest order . But what impressed me even more was the value...Read full review »

Class Mr Ince. Mr Jordan, you are a tough cookie, but I’d work for you! Loving the Pod casts.

Fabulous podcast Simon is brilliant - he challenges at all the right moments I’m absolutely loving listening - as a Leeds fan you were spot on holding Jesse to account. Superb 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Great listen, very good guests meanwhile drop the boring introduction… Welcome to up front then taking forever describing ‘what’s your why’ doesn’t make any sense. Also bored of Simon making references to making £100 million. I know Simon is brilliant, I know he’s made and lost millions, what I...Read full review »

Questions are often forced at the wrong time and answers hurried. With the likes of Eubank Snr you need to just let him ramble on not interrupt to speed up the answer or force the question again. Quite annoying how short they are and how much is missed. Otherwise could be a great podcast

As per usual, Simon Jordan delivers a brutally honest interview, giving great insight into a relatively unknown premiere league manager - Jesse Marsch. The interview gives great background into marsch’s life that led him to become a manager and uncovers the inner motivators that drove his pursuit...Read full review »

Brilliant podcast. As always with SJ prepared to ask the questions we want to be asked , not the usual pr scripts where. You learn nothing. I’ve learnt a lot!

I could listen to Simon Jordan all day everyday and twice on a Sunday but what’s that got to do with the price of cheese?
dinkeydave via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 01/09/24
I can’t fault this show , Jordan does speak a lot of common sense . I loved the Souness show and the Seb Coe show was very interesting . I enjoyed Simon trying to coax Big Sam into defending his style of football.
Roboklopp via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 01/06/24
My only criticism would be he sometimes puts words or answers to his own questions to guests. I want their answers not them to agree with what he assumes is the answer

Simon has positioned himself as just the only person who can ask the ‘hard questions’. On the basis he is asking them, then he is correct as they are his questions. Whether they are hard or not is a personal opinion of mine. I generally find his interviews to self absorbed and whilst he is...Read full review »

Love him or loathe him Simon Jordan has been there and done it. He’s probably the best interviewer on the radio at present and his ability to ask probing questions and actively listen enhances the depth of interviews, making him a standout in the realm of interviewing.

I’ve been on the fence with regards to SJ but I have to say in this series he is on point, challenging but fair and honest, gets the majority of the guest working for their supper and it appears they have mostly enjoyed the encounter,🥲. Not the usual blowing smoke up their backsides ….and on the...Read full review »

Broadcast giant, now podcasting giant, author and columnist. Love to see him with modern footballers. Jordan Henderson would not get away with saying he want to Saudi for the football…

Never listens just talks load of verbiage. Surrounds himself with sportsmen who barely finished school at 14 and uses his barrack room vocabulary to make him feel superior. Silly vain pointless man.

Thoroughly enjoying the series. Enjoying picking them off one by one. Serious straight talking with Simon and interviewee supplying a very good insight into the careers of various sports persons. Superb listening. Tony.

This is an excellent and insightful podcast. I have listened to every episode and found them intriguing, even when on the subject of sports that I am not interested in.

It’s ok and in general I quite like Simon but please, please let your guests speak and answer the questions instead of constantly interrupting them.

Simon is simply, damned upfront ,to the point, asks upfront questions with the guests being allowed to say what they want…

Really interesting pod. I’m not a talk sport listener, but I do know of Simon from his Palace days and, more recently, his Boxing pods. He has selected a really interesting group of people to interview so far, and his lines of questioning lead to a very interesting set of interviews. I’ve only...Read full review »

Simon Jordan wishes to challenge vacuous views, but goes on to indulge in his own vacuous hyperbole himself. A must if you want to see hypocritical bile at its most potent. It’s a shame because sometimes, JUST SOMETIMES, Simon Jordan can actually have a point.

Simon Jordan, the man, the myth, the legend. Great serious of top class sports journalism and he really digs deep to get answers. Loved all episodes so far, love it.

The saviour of the media. Refuses to be handcuffed by the warriors of woke. Speaks sense, really intelligent and has single handedly stopped the rot at 'Woke Sport' and has helped relegate left wing virtue signaling jokers like Adrian Durham to to anonymity they deserve. Very rarely disagree with anything that Simon says to be honest. He’s isuallly right on the money. Love how he doesn’t kiss his guests’ backsides throughout. Based on the podcast’s description, I was expecting Simon Jordan to challenge some of the strong opinions put forward. Good podcast, largely because we know that Simon Jordan will ask direct questions across a range of topics - which he does here & has interesting guests.
