“I'm glad I stumbled upon this show. The interviews with students, education professionals, activists, doctors, and more are both informative (and super important) and powerful. This is a show that is absolutely inspirational without feeling empty. I found myself learning and feeling a bit uplifted as someone trying to understand experiences that aren't my own. There's a bit of hope here, and phew is hope hard to find these days. I just...loved it.
Their recent episode featuring interviews with upcoming/recent high school graduates is a masterclass in great content, especially since culturally we don't always try to understand where young people are coming from. So hearing them talk about what it's like to graduate in the time of coronavirus made me so happy that students like them might one day be students in my college classes.
Point is: listen to this show. It's so good.”Read full review »
