I love to hear about the ways that people can and do go about growing food even when not out in the country. Totally has opened my eyes to other possibilities. The hosts are a hoot to listen to...

I've listened to all 27 episodes to date, and can say that I am now far more informed about the state of this startup industry and where it is headed. However, for listeners like me with time constraints, the amount of information presented by this podcast could be distilled down in a much...Read full review »

WoW! Amazing popcast about the future of food and the evolution of our cities as we transform back to a hands-on society. Happy to stumble onto this popcast, and as a CU SIPA eMPA applicant I'm very excited about the CU influence. If I get accepted, I will sure to try to take a class/lecture...Read full review »

This show has been very educational and interesting. Love the big picture perspective and broad range of topics. Hosts could tighten things up a bit, but they are great at giving their guests the spotlight. Sound quality is good.

Inspiring conversations. The history episodes are very interesting, albeit a bit US-centric. Entertaining chemistry between the totally laid back Vincent the virologist, and the prim and proper Dickson the parasitologist. Very clever blokes. Looking forward to chasing down Dickson’s book on...Read full review »

What a great listen for long commutes! Drs R and D are entertaining speakers and quite informative. This is great for someone like me who is very new to the history and processes of agriculture, urban or otherwise, as it covers a lot of detail without assuming the audience is already informed.

Racaniello and Despommier have a very collegial dialog, I have downloaded many of their This Week in Virology and others like this podcsast and they are excellent for work out or road trip listening. Not the usual radio broadcast junk. These are...Read full review »

Great start Drs. Despommier and Racaniello! Reminds me of the first episodes of This Week in Virology. Wonderful stories, banter and information of course! It is nice to see that Vincent can still be surprised and intrigued. Dickson is (as always) an amazing raconteur.
