Kyle changed my life. Period. I used to be an excuse maker. “Genetics, slow metabolism, a physical inability to feel full” you name it, I blamed it. When I started working with Kyle he listened to all my excuses and then presented me with a plan. All I had to do was stick with it. At first I followed his guidance religiously because I couldn’t wait to prove him wrong, after all I had convinced myself I was the exception to the rule. Later, and still I follow his guidance because he’s right, he believed in me, and I’ve seen tremendous sustained changes in my body composition, eating habits, and mentality towards food and fueling my body.
