Simple, Honest and Inspiring
I feel like todays society has conditioned us to be impatient with everything, and to want immediate results and gratification. This spills over into training and nutrition with advertisements for the next “secret sauce” that just melts fat like butter or packs on muscle with little effort. Kyle and V2P’s simple and effective approach to nutrition is super refreshing. The fact that this podcast is a free resource packed full of golden nuggets of nutritional info just speaks to Kyle’s passion for helping people jump their nutritional hurdles to success! The way that Kyle simplifies such a complex portion of training (where most folks struggle) will inspire you to continue on towards your goals by giving you the knowledge you’ll never find in a bottle or in some fad diet! I would say this podcast may be a great catalyst for anyone looking to dial in the nutrition portion of their training, or just create a healthier lifestyle for themselves!
