It’s a good story. I think a lot of us are conditioned to expect a serious undertone while listening to “true crime” podcasts but I don’t mind the lackadaisical banter and story telling. The main reason that it’s only three stars for me is that a lot of the banter doesn’t really progress the story at all. It’s like 1 person is telling the story and the other is just there to say the the things you as the listener are already thinking. I don’t think the story needs that but without it, this could probably be told in 1 or 2 hour long episodes.

I love everything about this podcast- the crazy story, the hosts, the interviews, the humor - everything! I don’t even skip through the ads because these guys manage to make commercials fun. I so recommend this, especially to listeners like me who grow weary of true crime all the time.
