Listen to these podcasts on long drives and while on trainer and there is a wide variance on entertainment levels: The good: 1. Andrew Hood race recaps and previews are excellent 2. Training info is usually helpful 3. Dietary info / fueling strategies helpful 4. Racer interviews are usually entertaining The bad: 1. The “tech” podcasts are so boring I would rather listen to paint dry. They should be eliminated! 2. Huge sound quality issues and variance on volume levels of each individual speaking. Annoying.

Great podcast. Nice to have some American perspective as well as just the right dose of fun banter.
