Good info, if you are able to, or can stand to listen
The subjects and discussions are fine, but the production quality of many episodes is so poor it is impossible to listen to them. Wildly uneven sound levels, using audio so distorted it rarely even sounds like words, having people on only one stereo channel (silent if using just one earbud). This was an issue from show #1, and it has only gotten worse.

As a kid I learned 10-20 minutes of easy effort progressing to moderate intensity until breaking a light sweat was the way to warm up. Sounds like it still applies! Great info on Fast Talk - keep them coming.
