Hitting race weight episode seemed like an infomercial
I like the VN podcasts and value the training info presented, but the recent one on weight loss with Dr Golgia does not seem credible. His methods are based on the "metabolic typing" approach that has little science behind it and his motivation seems to be to sign up clients vs educating athletes. I'll still listen to this but will be more critical of the info I get here.Read full review »

No excuse for making up Science to make nutrition points. While I appreciate many great points made he absolutely presents his own theories as scientific fact and perpetuates food myths that have no scientific proof. Wish we really could predict the diet needed by the lab work as simplistically...Read full review »
