Misrepresent
She sometimes misrepresents the opposing view to her own. I’m not sure it’s on purpose. You can only put so much nuance into a 30 minute podcast. But I’d recommend doing your own research into theological topics. It’s a decent intro, but she tends to over generalize the viewpoint she doesn’t hold (ex. Cessationism).

More reviews of Verity by Phylicia Masonheimer
I’m writing this specifically after the Halloween episode. Such great info that confirms what my family chooses to do. It also reminds me to be more intentional with how I explain things to my kids. Thankful for Phylicia’s voice and how she carries out the call on her life to equip women.

I really appreciate that she often gives differing opinions on theological issues to encourage listeners to read the Bible and come to their own conclusions.
