Love this podcast!
My Christian faith background is pretty eclectic - my mom is episcopal, my dad’s side is a bit new age, I was raised in a Lutheran Missouri Synod school, and I bounced around between non denominational type churches when I became a believer. All that to say, I have a deep appreciation for the lens that all of these experiences bring to faith in Jesus. I love this podcast because Phylicia approaches each topic with a gracious, educational, and respectful approach, all with a foundation of her love for Jesus. Her aim is for people to understand different theories on Christian topics so they can come to their own conclusions or at least examine what and why they believe what they do. Phylicia is honestly the Sharon McMahon of Christian theology and I am so grateful I found her.

I struggle with legalism; I struggle with feeling judged and judging. I have struggled with truth of Scripture versus what culture has taught me. This podcast is pushing me outside of myself. I also don’t feel judged; it may sound silly but I feel encouraged to grow and reframe.

She is a Christ follower with an “It” factor. You can hear it in her voice with every word. What is it?? Fearlessness.
