Lacks research and sources
Phylicia presents herself as a theologian and tries to present the podcast as scholarly. In reality, she has a bachelor’s degree, not the credentials of a theologian. The series on the Bible is not well researched. In trying to prove the reliability of the Bible, the only sources cited are the Bible and those that agree with the Bible. Confirmation bias is evident. Additionally, the episode on anxiety is inaccurate. Phylicia is not a mental health professional and has not expertise to be speaking to this topic. She gives harmful and inaccurate advice that clearly contradicts evidence-based treatment.
