Planning ahead, Patrick began taking college courses while still deployed, ensuring a smoother transition to civilian life. He became the inaugural NFL-Pat Tillman Military Scholar and achieved his dream job working in football operations with the Minnesota Vikings. Following a successful stint with a leadership consulting firm, Patrick found himself navigating the challenges of the 2020 pandemic. This led him to pursue his entrepreneurial journey and launch Loyalty Point Leadership. This episode delves into Patrick's journey from military service to becoming a coach and public speaker.
