With experience navigating multiple duty statuses and the challenges of civilian employment, Kathy founded Vanguard Veteran and authored two books: Beyond Thank You For Your Service and The Veteran Champion Handbook for Civilians. She empowers employers to recognize the unique skills and experiences Veterans bring to the workplace, encouraging them to develop programs that foster Veteran growth and success within their companies.
