Intelligent, thought provoking and fun. Love the recs and the silliness that punctuate the heavy and serious.

I have been listening since the beginning. This show has become vital to my week. I so appreciate the breadth of topics and the heartfelt and deep analysis Sam, Saeed, and Zach provide to every topic. And I love that they can just have fun and remind us all to nurture ourselves.

Day 1: Came for the Sam Sanders, stayed for the sisterhood. My hands down favorite podcast. I tell everyone to listen to it. Even folks who don’t ask for a recommendation.

I adore this podcast. Perfect blend of culture, news, and positivity. Helps me feel connected and grounded in the middle of the chaos of the world.

I’m not typically a big fan of podcasts that just chat, but these gals have changed my tune. They have such good banter with each other while being kind, funny, insightful, and supportive- without alienating the listener. Not a pop culture girlie, but their chats help me feel connected to the...Read full review »

In one of the first episodes I listened to the trio fact-checked and corrected themselves from a previous statement, which I respected immensely. Ever since then, this podcast has been my main source of current events. It's like the news station, E!, and geriatric Twitter put together. Even...Read full review »

So rare for a podcast to make you reflect on issues, learn something new, and laugh heartily all in one episode, and Vibe Check does it every time. The hosts are eloquent, inquisitive and funny as hell - which makes for a show on culture that is always so well thought of and well researched, but...Read full review »

I LOVE this podcast and look forward to tuning in every week! But please reconsider partnering with/promoting McDonald’s as they don’t align with any of your standpoints/views, and fund the ongoing genocide. Love y’all 🫶

I love hearing the insights and banter of these smart, funny, good people. I work from home, which can get lonely, but listening to Vibe Check while I walk my dog on breaks makes me feel like I’m hanging out with my funniest, most intelligent friends. Hey Sam, Saeed, and Zach Are you ladies aware that in Washington your podcast is playing an advertisement for the seattle police department? Seems super out of place and I was disappointed to hear it..

I’m an Arab listener from (and living in) Kuwait. While one might think these episodes cater to an American audience, I find it a universal podium of GEMS. I mean truly I owe all these beautiful beings a margarita because they have been great friends to me, and they don’t even know it! Saeed is the deity of poetry. Sam is the pragmatic sassy one. Zach is the sweetest soul. Love y’all.

I can’t say enough good things about this show. I originally came to it when “Into It” with Sam Sanders was cancelled, because I adore Sam and couldn’t bear not hearing his voice and insights. I’ve been listening to Vibe Check since it launched and the most recent episode (Give Us the Wheel, July 10) completely turned me off of the show. I was enjoying this show until I heard someone make a comment about how, “EVERYBODY IS A BRAND, these days.” The irony is that your podcast is adding to the same pile of brands and millions of minutes of content that exist out there.
