Fantastic series
I am not a big over of true crime stories, especially endless rabbit holes. But, Beth Swartzapfel did an amazing job compiling a detailed and multi-perspective story about the reality of the role of the parol system in the US criminal justice system through this sad and personal story. I feel it is storytelling like this that can truly change the hearts and minds of people and bring about real cultural and political change in laws that benefit few and hurt many.
