Could Go Either Way
This is a well prepared and presented podcast although it does skew in favor of Jake. While I accept that he’s done a lot to improve himself and maybe should be given a chance I can understand those opposed to him being freed. To this day he can’t explain why he killed Eric. Given that how can he know it won’t happen again?

This makes me feel like the victim’s family has continued to be victimized. The father of the killer comes off as pompous and seems to have an extreme lack of emotional intelligence. He murdered a child and ran. He shouldn’t be coddled because his dad is famous. You should do a podcast with the parents of the victim because that’s who deserves all the sympathy.
