“I keep trying to listen. I like that the information given is intentional and accurate but some of the delivery is off. The inflections of her voice and the filler words make it hard to take in the info.
Could cut out almost all of the “but” and “like I said”. Instead of “But, as always, thank you for listening”. Just say “Thank you for listening””
