Can’t get enough
I love this podcast. Ann does a great job with research and connecting the dots from person to person, helping give a full-picture of where and when each episode is set. For the record, I think her talking speed is just right! She seems chill and that’s the kind of energy I need when listening to hours of someone speak, while trying to really digest and connect who’s who. Killer job. I’d love more seasons that build out a broad view/ spider web of an era like Season 2’s How to Lose a Queen.

More reviews of Vulgar History
Great potential, would be stronger with more editing but I realize that costs money and takes a lot of effort, so I don’t hold that against this podcast. Overall a great time. HIGHLY recommend Aggrippina. An absolutely wild ride. Also recommend Catherine Grey, Empress Matilda, Queen Margot.

I’m not lying when I say I’m obsessed with this podcast. Ann’s storytelling is so so good and makes every story really interesting. Can’t wait for all the amazing women we’ll meet this season!

I love love love this podcast! Ann says the word “like” an appropriate amount of times and cracks me up all while dishing the tea on juicy scandalous often spicy women in history. Great storytelling and also awesome book recommendations. Love love love!!!!
