It’s informative without being dry. I’m a massive history nerd but am so much more interested in social history than dates - this is the perfect pod for that as Ann explores deep into the characters and finds ways to connect with every historical figure, regardless of the century.

“I’ve been playing catch up with this podcast over the past few months and I can say the stories are always good and Ann has a knack for storytelling. The first few seasons had some sound issues, but Ann really has really hit her stride in the more recent seasons. I highly recommend!”
