I’ve been trying to shake up my morning routine (i.e. do something other than scroll through instagram) and this podcast has helped me figure out what to do. The morning routines are an awesome way to get into guided meditation if you don’t know what you’re doing. The mini meditations are awesome too because they’re slightly shorter and good when you’re in a rush.
I used to hate meditation, but now I think I might keep it as a habit!
