Best meditation I’ve found!!
I have tried multiple apps and YouTube and other sort of guided meditation for my mornings, and this is truly the best I’ve found! Every morning I check if there’s a new episode and get sad when there isn’t, I’d really hope there where more episodes released more often. It truly helps me wake up in a better mood and excited to start meditating. I love how it starts with stretching in bed and then it gives you time to drink some water and move to somewhere else to start meditating.
