Every morning I check if there’s a new episode and get sad when there isn’t, I’d really hope there where more episodes released more often. It truly helps me wake up in a better mood and excited to start meditating. I love how it starts with stretching in bed and then it gives you time to drink some water and move to somewhere else to start meditating.”
