I really love listening to this podcast while I walk. I enjoy the host Dave sharing stories, life experiences and encouragement with the listeners each and everyday.

I found this podcast almost a year ago and am still listening. I don’t walk every day but when I do I’m usually listening to 3-4 episodes. The days I don’t walk, I’m doing strength training. I love the variety of topics. It helps pass the time more quickly.

I’ve been walking daily for 5 days in a row (big deal for me). I only let myself listen to this podcast when I walk and I get excited to walk so I can hear the next one! Please keep making them! I can’t believe I’ve become a person who wakes up early to walk.
