Walking with a good friend
I started listening to Walking is Fitness in mid December. The biggest benefit has been the increase in consistency of my walking. I’ve always walked and really enjoy walking, but now that I have a podcast waiting for me there is some accountability. I’ve listened to Dave on radio in Baltimore for over two decades and listening to Dave Paul on the Walking is Fitness podcast is like walking with a good friend. I’ve been listening since the beginning of the year when I was looking for something short for my morning walks before sitting down at a desk. I have loved every podcast-they are thoughtful, inspiring and “real.” This podcast has helped me build a morning walking habit, thanks Dave!
