Walking with my dog
Dave your podcast is a blessing to me. Your thoughts and guidance on walking as fitness have really helped me to be intentional with my walking. I’ve been walking with the dog since 2018, but as I have started listening to this podcast I have increased my frequency of walks as well as the intensity to my walks. My Carly girl just loves to be outside so this is a blessing for both of us. Thank you for all your thoughts and directions that inspire me to make the investment in my health by waking every day and just appreciating what is around me. 😊

Appreciate Dave’s great professional diction first of all. Gives me incentive to start a walk everyday. 20 plus days into the 90 day plan and I really think it’s going to last. If I get to 200 minutes a week walking for life I’m sure it will beat 100 minutes a week at a gym for maybe 2 months....Read full review »
