Wonderful Podcast for Walking!!!
Really enjoy listening to Dave while walking. He is kinda like your virtual walking partner that won’t let you down! I walk with my dog Koda Bear everyday. On days I just am lacking the motivation to go I remember, I can’t let Dave down, I have a podcast to listen to!!! What is so refreshing, Dave is real, no nonsense and there is never any pressures on how much to walk or don’t walk, it is all up to you! He gives you all kinds of great ideas to make a walking plan that works for you at any fitness level! Highly recommended podcast!

I listen to this podcast when I start my walks every morning. Dave is a great walking partner. Sometimes he talks about research related to walking, and why it is great exercise. Started listening about 3 months before I started walking and today after 6 weeks I’m averaging 12000 STEPs and have walked 18 holes of golf for first 3x in over 30 years. Thanks Dave!
