I don’t hate walking anymore
I am so glad I found this podcast! I’ve never been a fan of walking for the sake of walking. I got bored. Dave’s voice is soothing, his points & stories are interesting, and he really hits the nail on the head for all the subjects. I’m on day 40 and feel I am closer than ever to forming a lifelong habit. Appreciate Dave’s great professional diction first of all. Gives me incentive to start a walk everyday. 20 plus days into the 90 day plan and I really think it’s going to last. If I get to 200 minutes a week walking for life I’m sure it will beat 100 minutes a week at a gym for maybe 2 months....Read full review »

Out of all the available podcasts on fitness and walking, I’m so blessed to have found this one. I usually take my hour walk as an opportunity to converse with the Lord but now I start it off with Dave as my jumpstart. It’s like talking with an old friend.
