I am so glad I found this podcast through Tracey Tiernan. I just started. I had a hip replacement in March and then a setback in May. My doctor said walking is best. I just finished my second walk with you. I can do a little more than 10 min at this time. But I’m going to build up my stamina. Thank you. I feel like I’m walking with a friend.

I listen to Dave everyday on my walk with my dog. I am 43 years old, am in IT so live somewhat of a sedentary lifestyle. I work from home and sit a lot.
