Moving Again
Due to the death of a close friend, July 3, 2020 ended my 549 day chain of 10,000+ steps a day. Pandemic changes such as remote work totally changed my schedule and I continued to keep getting further and further off track. This Podcast on January 1st 2022 got me moving again! I found Dave’s channels on YouTube about a month ago. Being in my mid-50s and struggling with motivation, I find his show to be very helpful. I am walking and biking more since listening and have even started a body weight/calisthenics workout at home. Thank you Dave!

Always start my walk listening to Dave’s podcast. There is always something inspirational or informative to get me going during the first 10 minutes of my walk. Anyone who walks should listen to this podcast. Keep up the fantastic work.
