Celebrating
Hi Dave, At the end of January I had an ankle injury and couldn’t walk for about 8 weeks. That was tough mentally and emotionally since I walk every day. I was able to do weights and core work along wth physical therapy but I sure missed my daily walks. I listened to your podcast while recovering and it kept me motivated! I’m about 95% recovered and back to walking daily since mid April; not as fast or as far yet but I’m getting there! Thanks for the inspiration and the positive mindset. It is always tougher getting started again but worth it! ~Holly, Dallas, Tx.
