I am rehabbing a debilitating year-long back injury. A year ago I literally couldn’t walk 20 feet without tremendous pain which was very distressing for someone who has always been active. You podcast is a great catalyst for me. They are positive and interesting. I am realizing great progress in my distances accrued by walking and my pain has nearly disappeared. Thanks for providing a very appreciated part of my travels!
