Fitness momentum
Knowing Dave is out there every day gets me out and walking every day, too. I found Dave’s podcast last year when I took up brisk walking for exercise, and I was delighted when he started podcasting daily. His podcast kept me walking through a Minnesota winter, and now I believe I have achieved what Dave calls “fitness momentum,” when it’s harder to skip a day than to walk. There is really no other podcast like Dave’s that offers encouragement, education, and interesting personal stories about walking. He’ll make you chuckle at times, too!

Always start my walk listening to Dave’s podcast. There is always something inspirational or informative to get me going during the first 10 minutes of my walk. Anyone who walks should listen to this podcast. Keep up the fantastic work.

I’ve been walking daily for 5 days in a row (big deal for me). I only let myself listen to this podcast when I walk and I get excited to walk so I can hear the next one! Please keep making them! I can’t believe I’ve become a person who wakes up early to walk.
