I have to admit~~~
I have been walking to Dave’s podcast Walking is Fitness since before the beginning of the new year. I love it! I can relate to so many of Dave’s topics and comments he talks about throughout the podcast. I have to admit I listen to the podcast in the evening during my walks. Early morning I’m doing HIIT workouts or cycling and then end my day walking to walking is fitness. It always puts a smile on my face. Thanks Dave! ~~~Carla
