“I am an avid podcast listener, as well as an avid exerciser, so imagine my delight when I ran across the Walking is Fitness podcast! As a former long-time gym owner (24 years), personal trainer, and health coach, I regularly exercise, even at age 71, but I had been getting a little lax about my 4:30 am basement walks. Walking is Fitness has changed that! I’m now excited to get up and get walking with Dave for the first half hour of my morning, listening to the daily post then scrolling back to previous posts. Later, after morning coffee with my husband, we head out for a vigorous hilly two-hike before breakfast.
