I would like to talk to you about the time my friend and I were almost kidnapped from Capital Hill, WA back in 1999.

Great podcast! And she has the absolute best voice for this

Sensitively told and well produced; a little gem of a podcast for those interested in unresolved crimes. You can really feel the compassion Ashley has for the delicate subject matter. Focusing only on crimes in the PNW you sense a kind of moody, rain soaked undercurrent to every tragic telling.

A small podcast all done by one person but you’d never be able to tell. Information is interesting, sensitive, and professional. I also really love and admire how to cases are small and could help lead to potential leads. You can tell she cares and isn’t just simply producing stories we’ve all...Read full review »

I really like how sensitive and informed the host is. This podcast is great but I wish the episodes were just a little longer. Like hearing about a state I live in.

Ashley does such a wonderful job walking through the cases and picks great guests to speak directly to the work and events around each case. There is so much compassion for each person discussed. I like the shorter length of the episodes as they get right to the details. Looking forward to more...Read full review »

Succinct and riveting! My attention is sometimes brief. Compact podcasts suit me well. Caster has the voice for it.

I love regional true crime podcasts because they often cover cases that larger shows don’t dig up. Ashley does an incredible job researching these stories and speaking to those directly involved with the cases. It’s very bittersweet that these episodes are shorter than other true crime shows I listen to. I hate to say that I love that there are no ads. I appreciate that this is a “passion project” and it really shows - so thorough, thoughtful, and compassionate to the family members and those involved....Read full review »

I am pretty picky when it comes to true crime podcasts. BUT THIS GAL HAS GOT IT! She has good content, she stays focused on that without getting side tracked, SHE CARES ABOUT THE VICTIMS AND THEIR FAMILIES (this is huge — too many people cash out on telling other’s trauma). And she DOESN’T...Read full review »

I really enjoyed this podcast after listening to an episode. It really gets you thinking and also gives a sense of unease about how big the world really is and how crazy it is when people go missing. It is the perfect podcast to listen to on my way home from work at night!

I do like this podcast, especially as a WA resident. The episodes are short and tend to be mainly focused on her interviews with CSI/detectives/medical professionals, and not a lot of details on the crime. It just lacks volume and depth but I think it’ll get better and better over time!
