“as a rural trainer living on the columbia river gorge in wa, ive played pokemon go casually for a while now, getting annoyed as i've been told countless times to "move closer to interact with this gym" and finds out that it's literally across the columbia river at the portland airport (video games didn't you learn in like 1989 oregon trail that it's never a good idea to ford the river for treasures?), i couldn't wait to hit level 37 in PoGo so i could submit a gym, any gym, that didn't involve either crossing a freeway on foot or literally crossing the river known for destroying game players. submit i did, and rejection occurred. pogo makes it easy enough to submit, but not easy to figure out what to submit, and when i have to drive quite a way to a dog park where i've sat on the gym for over a month (i want my haxorus back), my knowledge of what is a good gym was like "uhm parks and starbucks" (they are all gyms here). couldn't get a gym to save my life and i found this podcast which let me try reviewing and learning. i've really enjoyed reviewing and seeing what fits the criteria and though i'm new at it, it means i'm pretty investigative and through in description . i'll wait on getting a gym for now as i have a new favorite game - "playing" reviewer based on what i'm learning here. ps. my favorite feature is that you can google lens all the photos and this makes finding stock photo coal so easy !”Read full review »
