Radical Leftism Run Amok
First…lose the kazoos. So grating, obnoxious, and annoying….second only to Katie’s voice. podcast that could’ve been a fun, educational and interesting subject from this great source (the song) is instead a platform for this gals radical leftism. Why do these people refuse to resist the urge to alienate half the population with their “anti-Trump” nonsense. I’m no Trump apologist, tone sure. But I don’t want my podcast infused seemingly most every episode like this woman’s radical political views (“communism which is it so bad anyway”) and attacking “anti-vaxxers” 🤣 in the McCarthy episode, for example. What?!? Is she high??It will be interesting to see if she draws any commentary on our 46th president and his inept VP.I anticipate a deafening silence on those points. 🙄And before you arrogantly dismiss this review, the point is not your politics. Just seeing “Rosenbergs,” where this repulsive woman states, that she is sympathetic towards people who choose communism as a “progressive utopian ideal” (sic) way of life (!!!). Very disturbing prospective. Need I say more? But the point is, left and right, keep your trap shut about your personal views. We the listeners don’t want to hear it in any form. 🤭

I really wanted to like this podcast. I think it’s a great premise. I started with the Peyton Place episode, and the guest is ridiculous. She says, “You know” every 3 words. It is impossible to listen to.

What a great way to get dollops of history while enjoying Billy Joels music. After each episode i go to you tube and watch the musuc video. But the history is tremendous, totally eclectic but all strung together around the lyrics.
