“As a layperson with a general interest in the workings of the government, I really appreciate the diversity of topics and depth of discussion. I don't always understand the minutiae of each argument, but I still come away better informed and with new questions to think about.
My only suggestion is that host Jeffrey Rosen engage more with his guests. As another reviewer pointed out, Rosen often follows up by simply throwing over to the other guest; there's little attempt to break down what was just said or to push the argument further. What ends up happening is that each person just gives a series of prepared talking points. It feels like a ping pong match rather than a dynamic discussion sometimes.”Read full review »
