Well written but no punchline
The first episode was very promising, it sets the scene for a great story, but the story never gets there. Would love to know why they thought this story was worthy of a miniseries? It is a tragedy but one that I think happens very often. It is characteristically well written but it should have been one of the sub-stories in one of the brilliant This American Life episodes.
