“I have been a day one cheerleader/listener of Josie and I am super proud of her accomplishments. I totally understand where some people that choose to not look at the big picture might have a very blurry view of her views of ED. I think once you listen to the full podcast and watch her insta you realize how relatable she is. Personally I’ve related to her and her guests in so many levels and at so many times in my lifetime. I just got on a weight loss medicine and it was kind of like a shameful thing to say out loud and hearing someone so comfortable about took the taboo off of it for me. Also the Botox comments any aesthetician will tell you that Botox is preventive so yeah, I wish someone told me about Botox before (sorry sis). I love Josie and how relatable and real she is and I think the reason why people give lower ratings is because we’re told that we can’t be real women, we can’t talk about our insecurities, struggles and “trash moments” because we have to be proper and politically correct at ALL TIMES to please everyone. Good for Josie for putting it out there no strings attached and no hiding behind perfection.
