Inspired to make a change
I’ve been listening to this podcast since August and Carolyn has inspired me to get back into a walking routine. Since then, I’ve reset my morning routine to include a daily walk of at least 30 minutes, but usually closer to 45 minutes. It’s an awesome way to start my day. Always informative and thought provoking, I look forward to listening to this podcast each week in my walking rotation.

Think this is a great series & I enjoy all the topics about wellness/ walking There is also a bell to indicate when you are at halfway point and you can turn back on your walk(unless you are on a loop walk!)

I enjoy this podcast. I do walk for exercise and listen podcast. During COVID-19 I spend more time walking as I need breaks in the middle of the day with Virtually meeting after meeting.
