Very informative and understandable
I’ve just started walking daily for 3-4 miles. I was looking for something to add education and information while walking so I didn’t get bored with it. I listened to a couple other wellness podcasts and to be honest, they just gave me anxiety. They talked to fast and over each other. I find these podcasts, informative, relaxing, motivating and fun. Thanks, keep up the good work, you are appreciated 🥰

Some of the guests have good information and credibility. Some just spread utterly nonsense. Hard to believe that they are promoted on podcasts. You have to be your own boss, search for variety of information from various sources to make best judgment and best wellness decisions for you.
