In this episode I chat with Sally about how we literally ran a marathon and what it was like! Two regular people with day jobs, not athletes, not sponsored by anyone, we're just two friends who wanted to challenge ourselves and to prove that we were capable. We chat about what it's like to actually run a marathon, from the preparation to the finish line, what we learnt, funny moments we remember along the way, our training plan, our running strategy, we basically dissect the entire experience. Parts of this chat are more running specific than others, but most of it is just two friends who shared a fun challenge talking about it in the hope it might inspire others, guide them, or help them in anyway on their path, and show you that if we can do it, so can you. Neither of us are professionals so remember to check any questions you have with a professional and do your research, but we tried it, we tested it, we did it and WE RAN A MARATHON.
